Account Manager - Snapshot
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Manager is responsible for achieving an assigned revenue/gross profit quota. The sales process requires the use of our ERP system for managing all customer information and contacts, forecasting, proposal creation, and order submission. Participation in regular ‘huddles’, 1 on 1’s with the sales manager, and monthly sales meetings is required. To ensure success, the account manager is required to exercise a regimen of prospecting and relationship management initiatives to generate short and long term opportunities for both new and embedded base clients.

The account manager is responsible for generating profitable revenue/gross profit in support of their assigned quota and achieving high customer satisfaction from our clients. This position will maintain a close working relationship with the regional vice president, as well as their ‘team members’ (project manager, engineer, designer, and project foreman), while projecting a professional, knowledgeable, and credible representation of TEL Systems at all times.
