We invest in your success

Part of what helps us continue to thrive as a local AV leader is providing our employees with more opportunities to evolve within this industry.

For starters, we've been an AVIXA member for years, and we're part of the PSNI Global Alliance, a network of AV integrators we've belonged to for over two decades. Both of those memberships come with real training: engineering training, sales training, and executive-level courses that our people attend regularly. Our staff carries certifications like CTS-D and CTS-I, and we mean it when we say we want our team certified. If a certification is going to make you better at your job or help us qualify for a bid we'd otherwise miss out on, we'll help you get it.

We also give incentives for employees who pursue and maintain their certifications, because staying current on Crestron, QSC, and Extron platforms is part of how we keep our promise to clients that the same team handling their install today is qualified to support it years from now.
