Once a design is approved, our AV system installation crews and our in-house certified programmers handle the physical work and the Crestron, QSC or Extron programming, so the interface is something a rotating staff or student worker can run without training.

After the installation, AV maintenance & technology refresh and AV service & support keep the system current: firmware updates, system checks, and a service contract if you want us checking in on a schedule rather than waiting for issues to arise. We are based in Ann Arbor and have worked out of the same building for 60 years, which keeps us close to a lot of the clients we service. The University of Michigan has been a close client of ours for 30 years, and we're proud to provide the campus with AV support from installing audio systems in lecture halls and research auditoriums to the video walls in the football weight room.

Beyond the campus, our service area runs all throughout Southeastern Michigan and surrounding areas, providing support for businesses throughout Detroit, Lansing, plus occasional projects farther out through our PSNI Global Alliance affiliates.
